Our Wedding

We first met in 2019 while studying in Seattle, but it wasn’t until reconnecting in August 2022 that our relationship truly began. As we spent more time together, it quickly became clear that what we were building was intentional and meaningful. We officially started dating in October 2022. Over the next few years, our relationship grew through shared experiences such as traveling together, celebrating milestones, and supporting each other through periods of long distance as we pursued our goals. Through it all, we remained committed to each other and grateful to God for guiding our journey. We’re excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people who have supported us along the way and look forward to beginning our life together.

We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with you at AVA Resort Cancun, a beautiful all-inclusive resort set along Cancun’s white-sand beaches. Our suggested travel dates are December 17–21, 2026 (flexible). We recommend arriving by December 18 to join us for the Welcome Event, with our Wedding Celebration taking place on December 19. SPECIAL GROUP RATES

Courtney has secured exclusive group rates for our guests and reserved a limited number of rooms for our wedding weekend; December 17–21, 2026. You’re welcome to book any length of stay within those dates (minimum three-night stay) using our discounted room block. We strongly encourage booking early to secure your preferred room category. If you don’t see the room type you’re hoping for, please reach out to Courtney — she can request upgrades or additional nights. To allow for potential flight delays and to fully enjoy the festivities, we recommend arriving 24–36 hours before the wedding day. It’s the perfect excuse to settle in, relax, and start celebrating early. For all room-related questions and booking assistance, please contact Courtney at courtney@lizmooreweddings.com. Please note that flights into Cancun International Airport should be booked separately. This provides flexibility based on your preferred travel dates. HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM

1. Click the booking link below to access our wedding room block. 2. First, select your travel dates, then be sure to choose “BOOK HOTEL ONLY.” A $200 USD per room deposit is required to secure your reservation.⚠️ Please do not select a flight + hotel package through this link. Bundled packages are typically higher in price and non-refundable. Booking hotel-only ensures you receive the correct group rate and flexible terms. 3. Choose your room. 4. Note that transfers are included. 5. Fill out the traveller details. 6. Book your flights separately through your preferred airline, website, or points program. This gives you the most flexibility and control over pricing and schedules. Please note - the remaining balance for your room will be automatically charged 60 days prior to travel to the card on file. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

There is no penalty for cancellations 91 days or more prior to arrival. Between 90 - 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is non refundable. Between 60 - 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed. Cancellations between 30 - 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

The group rates listed below apply only during this window. We strongly recommend arriving at least 24–36 hours before the wedding in case of any travel delays or cancellations. Want to stay longer or inquire about a different room category? Contact our travel agent Courtney at <a href="mailto:courtney@lizmooreweddings.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">courtney@lizmooreweddings.com</a> to add more nights to your stay at the same price based on availability. Deposit DeadlineTo secure your room at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of USD $200 per room is required by August 1, 2026). After this date, rooms will be subject to availability and current rate which may be priced higher. Final PaymentThe remaining balance will be automatically charged 60 days before arrival to the card used at the time of booking.

BOOKING GUIDELINES

1. Only have one person from your party make a room reservation using the booking link. 2. Shared transportation to and from the airport are included in the price. This means you might be in the transfer with other guests. 3. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport. 4. Flights are not included in these rates. 5. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular and sells out frequently. 6. If you find a better price elsewhere, please send a screenshot to Courtney (courtney@lizmooreweddings.com) so she can request a price match and potentially lower the price for ALL guests. Important to note: If you book at a different hotel/resort, you cannot partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $175 USD per person/per day. Please also beware that day passes are not guaranteed to be available pending the resort capacity at your arrival date.

FLIGHT AND AIRPORT TRANSFER INFORMATION

The airport you are flying into is Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You can go ahead and secure them at any time with your favorite airline. CONSIDER USING POINTS TO PAY FOR YOUR FLIGHTS! Booking your flight independently will provide the best cost savings.
