You’re welcome to book any length of stay within those dates (minimum three-night stay) using our discounted room block. We strongly encourage booking early to secure your preferred room category. If you don’t see the room type you’re hoping for, please reach out to Courtney — she can request upgrades or additional nights.

To allow for potential flight delays and to fully enjoy the festivities, we recommend arriving 24–36 hours before the wedding day. It’s the perfect excuse to settle in, relax, and start celebrating early.

Please note - the remaining balance for your room will be automatically charged 60 days prior to travel to the card on file.

Once your flights are confirmed, please submit your flight details using the link included in your booking confirmation so airport transfers can be arranged accordingly.

There is no penalty for cancellations 91 days or more prior to arrival.

Between 90 - 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is non refundable.

Between 60 - 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Cancellations between 30 - 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

You can book as many nights as you'd like within these dates (minimum 3-night stay). The group rates listed below apply only during this window. We strongly recommend arriving at least 24–36 hours before the wedding in case of any travel delays or cancellations.

Deposit Deadline

To secure your room at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of USD $200 per room is required by August 1, 2026). After this date, rooms will be subject to availability and current rate which may be priced higher.

Final Payment

The remaining balance will be automatically charged 60 days before arrival to the card used at the time of booking.

1. Only have one person from your party make a room reservation using the booking link.

2. Shared transportation to and from the airport are included in the price. This means you might be in the transfer with other guests.

3. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport.

4. Flights are not included in these rates.

5. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular and sells out frequently.

6. If you find a better price elsewhere, please send a screenshot to Courtney (courtney@lizmooreweddings.com) so she can request a price match and potentially lower the price for ALL guests.

Important to note:

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you cannot partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $175 USD per person/per day.

Please also beware that day passes are not guaranteed to be available pending the resort capacity at your arrival date.

The airport you are flying into is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You can go ahead and secure them at any time with your favorite airline.
